Agritech Ltd business is the production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate (\"GSSP\") fertilizer. The Company has two production units with Unit I located at Iskanderabad, District Mianwali and Unit II at Hattar Road, Haripur.

My key responsibilities working as Manager Accounts Agritech Ltd. at Hazara Phosphate Fertilizers business Haripur are as under:

• Responsible for the accounting, taxation and finance functions.
• Participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plan.
• Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports and manage the internal and external review for these documents.
• Providing valuable input in the form of financial models, cash budgets, revenue and cost accounting models etc.
• Assisting the management in the preparation of year end operating budgets, projections and provide variance report on month-end with detailed explanations where required and prepare rolling cash flow budget.
• Organizing and coordinating the Business review meetings on regular basis. Issuing minutes and follow-up and execute action list.
• Design, maintain and document systems of internal control to support financial records.
• Liaising with auditors/tax consultants and ensure timely publication of auditor’s report & various tax returns.
